      Most people are nice pretty nice not at the leadership level

      Cons

      The systems are a disaster and the leadership team is toxic. They will call you out in groups and there’s no appreciation.

      Company is decent, always room for improvement.

      Pros

      Small company feel. Corporate is a casual fun environment. We provide a great service to our communities and it feels good to be part of that mission.

      Cons

      401k match is lacking. Private company so no options for stock sharing. Compensation is sometimes behind market demand. Employees are sometimes seemingly let go for no reason. Transparency and communication has room for improvement.
