- knowing that you are helping people - doing/learning something new every day - good coworkers - good pay and benefits - management genuinely wanting to improve things

Cons

- morale is low from years of poor management - not a great training process - short staffed (who isn’t?)

Onboarding is quick and easy. Great pay, upper level educational experience, and personnel are very experienced. Employees seem happy and there is not much turnover.

Cons

You really need to know your stuff and be good at autonomy. Not for anyone who doesn’t want to put in the effort to succeed. I wish there were more locations.
