      Pros

      Was a very sociable place to work which offered many opportunities in a stable business structure

      Cons

      Internally focused and lacking in strategic intent. Being an unchallenged business that has not been impacted by disruptive technologies for a considerable time, things can become flat with regard to innovation and risk avoidance.

      Pros

      Internet access through the day, lots of overtime. No accountability at all from management. Very leisure work environment. Very laxed work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Not diverse work force. Very few African Americans employed. A culture that rewards non performing employees with promotions and very cliquish.

      A non diverse work culture Leeds to exclusions and singeing out employees that are not part of the main group. A very hard place to work if you are non Hispanic and non Caucasian.
