Pros

- friendly colleagues - good food - dogs are allowed in the office

Cons

- Procedures changes everyday, no standard workflow accross the regions. No clear plan for the future and the agents don’t know the long-term goals for the department. The senior leadership fails to adequately communicate. - Micromanagement at its finest. Specialists are unable to press “enter” without an approval. Tenured agents are treated like newbies. - Promotions are solely based on popularity and who you are friends with. - Like any other old fashioned company, only numbers are important. The whole team is burned out and the morale is very low but nobody seems to care. - Agents have no voice. You can discuss all the concerns and issues, but as soon as the meetings are over everything will be dismissed by the senior leadership team. The company used to be an amazing place to work for, but unfortunately has lost its essence. I don’t recommend anyone to work here.
