Amazing people, fantastic culture and great management in Dublin. Covid has made things uncertain but overall, it is a supportive workplace with opportunities to grow and expand

Cons

Constant change means that communication can be fractured and company goals can be unclear. Agents can be overworked but targets etc. can sometimes take precedence over wellbeing
