      Pros

      This company is not just running a great "culture of sharing" with the customers but also inside within employees. You can meet every kind of people with a common denominator: friendliness and kindness! The environment is amazing! Feels like being home instead of going to work every day. The company is an highlight in the world of the sharing economy, so fits perfectly for who has a culture of value and goals in line with this spirit. The entrepreneur and creative soul are really a great plus!

      Cons

      Well, in some way despite to the wideness of t it, this company is still a start up, so sometimes you can find things not structured or organised as it could be in a 20 years old company for example. Communication is a work in progress but we do not have to forget that most it as done by the single persons.
