Pros

Airbnb offers plenty of opportunities for learning and development, and career growth. Hard workers are recognised and rewarded. If you are in any way interested in and passionate about travel and the sharing economy, this is a stimulating environment to work in. Day to day perks: - free food - animals allowed in the workplace - surrounded by amazing people - travel vouchers - health insurance

Cons

Things change fast and often; this is not necessarily a con but just something to be aware of. Also, we go by the motto of 'work hard, play hard' so if you are only willing to work 9 - 5 and want to switch off after, this might not be the place for you.

Pros

Airbnb is the best company to work for, it doesn't feel like you're working for a company, you're able to express your opinions and ideas and everyone gets involved. There are so many great benefits like traveling, delicious healthy free food, happy hours, massages, yoga, movie nights, language classes, creative classes like knitting or painting and Airbnb are very flexible which is something I have never encountered with a company. It is a place where you work as a family, a place where you belong :)

Cons

No set bonus structure and one huge disadvantage is that in some positions you have to work at least one day of the weekend. But trust me, with all the benefits it is worth the 1 day in the weekend. + the food on the weekends are spectalular!
