      Pros

      Amazing group of people work here. They work hard, they work fast and they work long hours but they are building a company that has a great mission and is doing things right. Great time off around the holidays and travel credit. Very inspiring! Great benefits, fair compensation and strong company values

      Pros

      I can honestly say this is the happiest I've ever been in my career. It's got all the regular tech start up perks (with some special Airbnb-flavored ones like only locally-sourced, organic food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner), but my favorite thing about working here is that I feel like I live in a bubble of positive energy, optimistic, happy people, intelligence and creativity. The culture is incredibly strong and the challenges are incredibly fun.

      Cons

      The company has one of the fastest growth rates in the area right now and it can feel a little overwhelming trying to keep up. That said, it's forced me to learn more in the last year than I learned in the last 10 years of my career.
