Pros

Awesome people who work with you. The product is amazing so it is easy to develop the business even in Russia. Every day at work brings new challenges. It is great to feel (proud) that you are a part of the global innovative hospitality company. Tons of perks: health insurance, team lunches, trips to HQ and other offices, professional development courses, Airbnb travel coupon. I wold totally recommend Airbnb as great place to work to anyone either in Moscow or at any other office worldwide.

Cons

As the company is growing so fast your role can change several times a year. Be ready to become a jack of all trades. Communication between offices and departments can be better.

Pros

So many wonderful colleagues I am lucky to call my friends A company I really believe in and am proud to work for Amazing core values that all employees embody Incredible office Amazing food free of charge Happy hours after work every Thursday - great way to have fun and get to know colleagues Promotions and ability to move and grow seeing as the company is growing so fast. Excellent management with real vision Dogs in the office :) Masseuse! So many clubs and classes - Yoga Classes every week, Movie Night, Book Club, Knitting Nights, Games Nights Airshare classes where employees share random skills with each other during work hours (eg. screenprinting, flower arranging, making balloon animals, sounds engineering, knitting) Company wide gathering once a year (in San Francisco every year so far) Fast growing and always changing so you can never get bored New friends every few weeks as we are growing and hiring so fast

Cons

Hypergrowth - it's a good con but you need to be ready for things to be a bit crazy sometimes Long hours - hard to maintain a work-life balance! Some people do though but it can be difficult There are so many great people and extra-curricular activities that I hardly ever go home or see other friends!

Pros

Very comfortable environment, opportunities for growth and for travel. Excellent benefits, tasty food, loads of activities for employees. Mostly, everything is flexible and made with a thought about people, who work there. Which is very good.

Cons

Weekend shifts, work-life balance is not so easy to maintain sometimes. Sometimes there is a bit of a mess inside (policies, workflows), but at the moment lot of changes are happening and hopefully they will improve everything for good.
