      Pros

      This is a ethical sales driven company with a good story peaking at a time when other competitors are failing, Aires is growing and is focused on providing exceptional customer service. We are not perfect but the leadership here listens and makes adjustments. Truth is that this industry is hard to predict and some clients don't know what volume is coming next so it has caused occasional staffing shortages. Leadership knows this and has made changes in HR to address the need for more aggressive salaries and proactive hiring.

      Change sometimes happens too slow but it does happen.

      Amazing company to work for

      Pros

      Excellent new hire training, good benefits, supportive management, transparent leadership, easy interview process, competent colleagues, management supports career growth. Many colleagues have worked at the company for over a decade which is always a great sign of a healthy company.

      The only real training person we had is gone.

      Flexible during the pandemic is about it.

      Cons

      The only real training person we had is gone. That person assisted us in our daily job, added us to the calls and sat in on our calls. That person never told us what we do wrong but told us what we could do to better our calls. You let that person go and that person was the best. Stupid move! New people coming in have no idea what they are doing because the training sucks.

It seems that this person you referenced played a significant role in your learning process and others within your office and region. We are always sad to see an employee move on from Aires. Specific to your training concerns, in 2022 we built a Corporate Training team that spent much of 2022 focused on new hire training with some focus later in 2022 on upskilling/reskilling our more tenured employees. We continue to scale our current training processes to address skill gaps in Operations, expand the organized corporate training to other areas within the organization and drive consistent training in all regions of our company.
