      Pros

      I have never met an unpleasant employee of Aires. Every department works well together. Strong management. It’s nice to see top level employees sending emails and videos.

      Cons

      Vacation time and overall time off is at a minimum. They should offer additional time off during the off season. As one of the industry leaders, they should set the bar for how relocation employees are treated. They have ways to track productivity, clocking in and out is not necessary. It just adds more stress.

      You work every weekend on dated technology

      Pros

      Nice office and easy commute. People are nice.

      Cons

      The tech is dated and weekend work happens frequently and Ill timed. I worked probably 300 hours of weekend work in the time I spent there that was always uncompensated. They also make you work 9 hour days and expect you to work through lunch. Things like being 5 minutes late are frowned upon after you stayed up working till 3am the night before. This place will burn you out and is a border line labor law violation.
