Pay isn't very good for this position. Minimal days off. Work/life balance is pretty bad, there's constant weekend patching that you have to be available for. Also, they're bringing on a lot of bigger clients, but the team is very small and there is no plan to hire more help. The whole team is absolutely swamped with work, and it's just expected of everyone to work late pretty consistently (there's no OT). Also, the higher up managers of the IT department are only getting more strict with the team's goals, but there's no real incentive for hitting them.
