      My best experience was my last day

      Cons

      - extremely large caseloads with little support - most stressful job I have ever had - wildly underpaid - management doesn't care about you - management had unrealistic expectations that would never be met - kicked to the curb when I expressed my concerns - overall hostile working environment that has little room for growth

      Pros

      The people were great. It was an exciting time to watch the company grow and to be a part of that.

      Cons

      No room for growth. Upper management is out of touch with the clients. Definitely an old school boys club. If they love you, they will do whatever to keep you. You mess once, they never forget it and you have a mark on your back for the remainder of your career. Pay is significantly less than the competitors. Culture is different at all offices.

      Pros

      I can honestly say that Aires and the management team really do seem to care and actively works towards making it a better place for their employees. Work/Life ratio is always tricky (especially in the relocation industry) but Aires has been flexible enough for me to carve out a great balance. There are always some bad eggs but there are enough good people working together and with a common goal which makes this company a great place to work for,.

      Cons

      Medical benefits have been a bit rough last few years but addition of new plans in 2016 went along way to giving us the right options.
