Pros

Bonus People that aren’t management. Flexible with at home.

Cons

They say they train you. Instead they , hand you 200 pages worth of slides and only review in person when the managers have time. Meanwhile they send your more files then a new employee should handle causing stress and anxiety. Also watch what you say. It’s supervisors and Managers are part of this club where you can’t say anything to anyone. One manager in particular has no patience for learning and doesn’t take any blame for how their employee is trained. Upper mangers go out all the time to different places outside of work so if you are not with them, your done. The big boss smiles and says he cares… but your just expendable at the end of the day. When I left 5 other MSpecs ,once they received their bonus, left. Sad place to work.

Pros

Great coworkers Great clients No two days are alike Many paths to take in this industry

Cons

High caseloads, everyone is overloaded so hard to get help from peers, expectation to work each day until all tasks are complete regardless of how long it takes, with no OT (mostly salaried positions), management always looking to do more with less, leading to employee burnout
