Pros

The benefits and people who work here are great. There is flex time so you can essentially make your own schedule Monday-Friday between 7am-9am. We always had the option to work hybrid and this is now coming back due to the end of the pandemic. Working from home is nice to allow a better work/life balance.

Cons

The pay is below average for the industry and there is no room for growth here. Mobility Specialists are way overloaded, especially the senior staff where people have to work a ridiculous amount of overtime to keep up with the case load. Managers normally say that "OT is not approved" even though this is required to properly manage your case load. It is difficult to keep new staff because there are not enough senior staff willing or able to manage mentoring due to the high case loads. Too much work for very little pay.

Pros

110% bonus of 6 weeks salary just paid. Nice! Those year end figures were insane! Love being part of a rapidly expanding global company.

Cons

The global supply chain crisis has caused some pain points, needing to ensure lots of critical anticipation being deployed at all times.

Pros

There are no plus points for working in this company. Very very cliquish and this is encouraged. Management is rude and at the time I was there my manager excelled at public embarrassment while You were in training. Aires prides themselves on their own form of software that allows them to micro manage all aspects of a move, and implies to the client that this is to their benefit, while in reality it is so Aires capitalizes on every aspect of a move and this is whether they are the experts in that field or not. Employees receive on average communication from corporate on what billing needs to be completed so that specific cash input is accounted for. A consultants responsibility becomes focused on bill rather than client service. The only employees that receive advancement in the company are those who run with management. Seriously, worse than my worst day in high school.

Cons

Caseloads average from 30 to 359 depending on relationships with managements.
