      The benefits seem to be good.

      Cons

      Very bad place to work because VP manages with fear and intimidation. Not long ago he loss his temper and verbally attacked everyone in a sales meeting. Shortly after he referred to all of the employees as "you people" with a very racist undertone. If you are a minority or if you dont like to be bullied by your VP stay away from this company.

      Some good co-workers. Good benefits but can't take time to use them.

      Cons

      Treat you like your an idiot. Can't be at desk five minutes before 8 and your late at five after. Strict 15 min break. Can't go to bathroom or get coffee outside of break time Records and makes fun of all calls. Compensation is by favoritism only.
