Airrosti is truly one of the best places to work -- time and time again they have proven that they choose to put their patients and employees first. The mission here is one of continual improvement while maintaining genuine passion for those around you. Compared to other corporate environments, you will not find a workplace that has a better culture than that of Airrosti.

Cons

PTO Accrual could be slightly higher.

The culture is probably the biggest pro. You are empowered to help people get out of pain. The company invests in proper support and training to help you grow your skills.

Cons

The biggest downside is we are a national company so people are spread out so you have to be very intentional about connecting with others.
