Pros

There is a lot of freedom associated with Airrosti in terms of creating and operating your home clinic.

Cons

Having to be okay with being told to go to a different location at the drop of a hat sometimes, can be overwhelming at first and every doctor is different in their treatment model so having to learn that and manage it can be challenging.

Pros

Probably the best and most stable job someone with an ESS or Kinesiology Degree can hope to have. Perfect stepping stone for someone looking to move into another operation while still helping people move better or looking to gain experience before applying to grad school.

Cons

Sometimes you have to drive a little out of your way to cover, but mileage for far drives is compensated for. In this position you are not responsible for creating the exercise plan it is the Doctor that drives the entire treatment and care. If you prefer more independence or applying more niche knowledge you have you will have to relinquish some control.
