Pros

Helping patients get out of pain. Working with like minded people. Not having to take any work home with me.

Cons

PTO and sick time are together and it affects patients when you are sick. There is a lot of turn over in the CRS role because people use it as a start up job rather than their career.

Pros

Airrosti is an outcome based treatment model where doing the right thing for the patient is expected. It return, leadership will do the right thing for the Airrostifarians. This is truly a career choice that you make knowing that you do not expect to have to go through the interview/hiring process ever again. For me, this is the last place I ever plan on working and it did not take long to realize that. We have a great working environment where everyone is supported and included. There are opportunities for growth in different departments and your regional support team will make sure you understand what is available and ensure that you are prepared for those options. You will feel valued every day. Leadership will reach out and ask for feedback on a regular. You will also have oppurtunity to get together as a region to celebrate the wins and get regular updates from leadership.

Cons

Some days I have problems with work life balance, but that is on me. As a supervisor, I make sure that my team has a great balance.
