Pros

None other than work from home

Cons

I will try to keep this brief. Arosti has several internal challenges, particularly around perceived nepotism and inconsistent enforcement of policies. Advancement opportunities can feel limited unless you have personal connections within the organization, despite leadership pushing back on that perception. Based on the volume of similar feedback in other reviews, this concern appears to be shared by multiple employees. I also witnessed situations where accountability felt uneven. For example, an employee I worked closely with was terminated over a résumé error, despite being genuinely invested in the company. At the same time, management openly discussed more serious issues involving senior leadership that did not result in any visible consequences. This disparity made it difficult to trust the company’s stated values. Overall, the job itself is acceptable, but I have worked in more supportive and consistently managed environments. I would not recommend this workplace unless it is a necessary option.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience so candidly. We recognize how experiences related to leadership, consistency and trust can be challenging, and we appreciate you raising these concerns. When employees feel a disconnect between expectations and lived experience, it’s important for us to pause and reflect on how we can do better. Your comments around transparency, fairness, and credibility are heard. We also acknowledge the impact that uneven accountability—real or perceived—can have on morale and trust. While we cannot speak to specific personnel situations, we understand how situations like the ones you described can feel deeply discouraging, particularly when they appear misaligned with our stated values. Over the past year, and continuing into 2026, PAT specifically has invested more intentionally in manager development, developing clear expectations, and creating more structured decision-making around performance, promotions, and accountability. We know this work is ongoing, and feedback like yours helps inform where we need to continue improving communication, consistency, and follow-through. Our goal is to create an environment where expectations are clear, accountability is fair at all levels, and employees can trust that decisions are made in alignment with our values—even when they are difficult. Your HR team would love the opportunity to connect with you and address these points of frustration directly so we can continue to improve. You can reach us at hrbp@airrosti.com.

not beige, not orange, but RED FLAGS galore here!

Pros

Lots of nice, friendly co-workers (in the "trenches" with you.) Actually very helpful medical treatment (fun fact: a woman that never gets much recognition invented this specific treatment.)

Cons

Here is a list of some of the red flags I'd advise to consider: RED FLAG #1: all the relatives/connections to upper management in roles throughout the company (who get away with egregious HR violations.) Naturally, insecure, incompetent nepo babies and college buddies don't make for a successfully ran business. This leads to employees that did not get their positions through connections to be stuck cleaning up messes they didn't make and doing work they don't get proper credit for. Burn out is rampant here. RED FLAG #2: They pressure employees to sing their praises, and punish those who give constructive criticism. RED FLAG #3: They push unhealthy work/life expectations (of those not in the nepo/connected group.) Airrosti pressures employees to leave good reviews and vote as a "great place to work" every chance they get, but unless you are connected to the right people, you will be used up and spit out. (I'm sure they'll either directly or indirectly pressure employees to run and post positive reviews after this honest one to try and counter.) They are sanctimonious and retaliate on anyone that questions their motives or points out errors. They tell employees that they want honest feedback, but it's a trap! RED FLAG #4: They are dishonest about who they place in positions of leadership, omitting including SOME department heads from their website. RED FLAG #5: They dismiss an entire religion. They call their employees "Airrostifarians," a play on "Rastafarian." A quick google search will tell you that Rasta is A RELION BORN OF OPPRESSION AND SLAVERY. What makes this worse is that this has been addressed and advised to change multiple times by employees concerned with this practice. Upper management was not concerned with learning better and doing better, rather dug in their heels. They finally agreed to only use the term internally (as to avoid a potential PR issue), but they do not do a great job of keeping it out of public facing places (one example is its use in the front office of their headquarters.) In summary: They are not what they proclaim to be. Unless you got offered an overpaid role that you are under qualified for here due to some connection, don't walk, RUN!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we’re disappointed to hear that your time at Airrosti did not reflect the culture we strive to build, we appreciate your willingness to provide such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you had positive interactions with your co-workers and found value in the care we provide. At the same time, the concerns you raised are serious and we want to address them directly: On perceived favoritism: We understand that perceptions of how opportunities or recognition are distributed can strongly influence an employee’s experience, and we take allegations of favoritism seriously. Our intention is to maintain fair, merit-based processes for hiring, leadership selection, and performance management. We continue to review our practices to support clarity, consistency, and trust across all teams. On requesting feedback: We want employees to feel comfortable sharing input, including constructive feedback. Creating an environment where open communication is encouraged and respected remains an ongoing priority. Although we feel Airrosti has long done an excellent job of this, using a variety of direct and anonymous feedback mechanisms, we’re continually working to strengthen how we listen, respond, and close the loop so employees know their voices matter. On work/life balance: Employee well-being has always been and continues to be important to us and we are continually evaluating ways to support work-life balance, communication, and healthy overall employee experience. We do ask for participation in engagement surveys and reviews to see how we can improve in this area, but this is intended to give every employee a voice—not to pressure anyone to provide a specific sentiment. On cultural sensitivity: Regarding the reference to our employees as Airrostifarians, it appears you may have over-interpreted its meaning. It is simply a lighthearted nickname built off our name Airrosti and was never intended to reference or comment on a religion or cultural group. On leadership transparency: We are consistently working to improve clarity around roles, responsibilities, and organizational structure so employees understand leadership across teams. We appreciate the time you took to share your thoughts. If you are open to it, we’d love a chance to continue the conversation and hear more about your experience. You can reach us at HR@Airrosti.com.
