      Pros

      Hands down best chiropractic starting salary and benefit you can ask for. But there is a ceiling of politics that really stop you from getting past that point.

      Cons

      Extremely political. At the end of the day Airrosti is about Airrosti. Going to the annual corporate makes me feel like I'm selling Mary Kay. Also the outcomes and statistics they put out there are ridiculously inaccurate, not sure how they get away with that.

      Pros

      HISTORY of positive work culture, putting patients first, supporting doctors and treatment teams. Which has all changed in the past year.

      Cons

      Shift in company culture in the past year. Mass exit of employees as many are very unhappy with leadership. Burnout, cutting costs, cutting corners, lack of transparency. Unhappy company!

      Pros

      Learn a lot about how insurance works. There are a lot of people who work here who are truly committed to the company’s goals.

      Cons

      Most unprofessional environment I have ever worked at. I don’t even know where to begin. I’m so confused as to why it has almost 5 stars. Maybe people are content with free soft drinks and whole wheat bread? In the short time I was there at least 3 people left and many of the others who stayed couldn’t wait to leave. The pay is also really low. And, so many people are extremely childish and completely unprofessional.
