      Pros

      Excellent opportunity to truly impact people’s lives by helping them drastically reduce their pain through effective methods.

      Cons

      Rampant gaslighting from management. Confusing pay structures that are difficult to track. Severe lack of accountability for upper management’s poor hiring decisions, bizarre business strategies and wasteful spending habits that leave its employees underpaid and feeling under-appreciated. Honestly the past few years have been riddled with waves of the company’s most prestigious doctors leaving the company for the reasons listed above, while management scrambles to claim that these departures were actually on their terms due to the docs not being team players for the company’s “new vision”. The popular memes seen depicting employees ‘wanting pay-raises, but instead getting a pizza party’ were 100% made for this company.

In fact, the compensation structure you refer to has resulted in significant compensation increases for most of our ACPs. As Airrosti hits its 20-year anniversary, It’s natural for some Providers to retire or pursue other opportunities as the company grows. We are very proud that Airrosti’s turnover remains lower than the national healthcare benchmark.       Coworkers are awesome. Never met a single person I didn’t like.

      Cons

      New comp plan ruined the CRS role and killed morale. ACP shouldn’t be paying 50% of CRS salary.

      Pros

      Great company. Great culture. Good workplace. Truly mission driven / mission focused to help guide growth. A culture of genuine care for their employees, patients (clients), and partners (customers). Excellent teammates and colleagues.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload and expectations, driven by senior leadership and department heads. When addressed, it felt like a personal issue, i.e. "time management, prioritizing, etc." When everything and everyone's requests are a priority all the time, nothing is a priority. Some people do seem to be exempt from these expectations - can't quite put a finger on that one. Always felt like I had to work during vacations or time-off, in order to keep up or feel respected. It is my belief that Airrosti desires to be transparent, but they are not. There is also a lot of favoritism, which makes sense given the lack of transparency. Leaders struggle with communication as well. They are in a period of growth and restructuring and priorities seem out of balance, along with poor planning & strategy alliance. At the end of the day, what Airrosti does is amazing and what they offer is the best in the MSK landscape.
