      Amazing work environment and amazing people you get to work with...

      It's a Start Up, so their will be lots of change. But the leadership does not do well communicating that change - which can be very frustrating

      Pros

      Excellent engineering department, lots of smart dedicated people and great management. Benefits are good and unlimited vacation actually exists. Engineering processes are constantly evolving. Any process that isn't worth the cost is quickly changed. When things go wrong there isn't a witch hunt, everybody is more focused on preventing the fault from happening again. Overall really excellent people, some of the best I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      Strategic direction tends to shift a lot, some projects don't get as much follow up as they deserve. Technical debt can take a back seat to product development.
