      Pros

      Fun culture, great space, wonderful people, snacks, kegs, monthly company meetings, recent 10% stock option refresher grant.

      Cons

      Turnover at exec level has been hard for employees. Execs need to band together.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, great people, company focus on customer success. Feel part of the organisation and there is no fear, if you want something changed you ask, if you want to do something you ask, feels like working for your own company. Everyone is very friendly and happy to help. They embrace change, which is good.

      Cons

      Head office out of West Coast so you have to be used to working across that timezone.
