      Disappointing Adventure

      Pros

      Relaxed work environment, but some employees take it to another level and practically look like they just woke up and strolled in still wearing what they slept in. Snacks and once a week lunch provided. Unlimited time off.

      Cons

      I was very excited to join UA with it's glossy exterior and future potential but left them after a year and half. Bottom line, they're horrible at making and collecting money. Their expenses were 3 times more than what they made in revenue and due to this, they have no bonus plan or 401k match. I believe the Airship will deflate after investors tire of keeping them afloat financially.

      - lots of knowledgeable, friendly people - interesting technical problems - useful product - great CTO

      Cons

      - rapid growth is hard to manage - maybe a few too many technologies in the stack - uneven management skills in senior technical staff
