      Fun company, good people, questionable leadership, overpriced solutions.

      Pros

      The people and culture are a lot of fun. Benefits are good, (they used to be free, but no longer) and they still bring in lunch once a week, Snacks, fruit and taps make the atmosphere fun.

      Cons

      Pricing and licensing programs that are not fit for for the current market. Tough sell when you have competition that can do much of what UA can for 2-4x less. Executive leadership has grand visions that seem unattainable. Most new business reps have been there less than 1 year, that gives you an idea of the turn over.

      Unlimited PTO; Work from home ability; Good benefits

      Cons

      Crappy 401k, they matched a short amount ($3k per year max) but then stopped to save money. Only give raises and promotions to people who suck up to upper management. Everyone else is overworked and underpaid. When upper management is told about issues with direct management, nothing is done about it. Direct management just keeps getting promoted. Employee pay and benefits get cut while upper management keeps getting performance bonuses.
