      Pros

      Many talented people who care and want to do good work and support each other.

      Cons

      Aimless strategy, many in leadership positions who shouldn’t be. Most employees still there seem to be in the process of trying to leave.

      Pros

      Good culture, large market, early leader in the market. Was the leader in push notifications, trying to expand to other areas of mobile engagement with limited success.

      Cons

      Unfocused CEO Leadership, limited product and vision. Product and engineering organization did not deliver on a consistent basis. Go to market team was quite good.

      Fun & supportive environment, great people to work with (all departments)

      Constantly changing expectations due to VC / investor relationships, management persistently changes quotas and team goals month to month which can make it difficult to get a grip on tasks.
