      Very little to say here. The product is good but there is no plan to keep it that way.

      Cons

      CEO is a tyrant. He constantly belittles employees and threatens their job security. He tells people they are stupid. He micromanages every facet of the business. He doesn’t empower anyone. The are so many unethical practices. It is truly a hostile working environment. Don’t believe the positive reviews on this site. They are typically from new hires and not tenured employees. Turnover and churn runs rampant at Aisera due to corrupt management.

      Pros

      Nothing other than being in AI. Aisera is slowly losing its luster to new competitors sprouting up every day.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment in a major way. Employees are miserable, the saddest bunch I’ve ever seen. Huge red flags. Avoid this company at all cost. There are better companies and leaders to work for. Don’t get duped by management. You won’t learn anything from them. Believe the negative reviews. Leadership forces employees to leave positive reviews as it’s own click farm. Micromanagement in every which way. No creativity, no room to thrive. Double the busy work - 10% selling, 90% rewriting notes after every call in 4 different apps for managers to have a record but never review anyway. Fear and paranoia are the company values. If “I haven’t seen my kids in 2 months” was a flex. 100s+ employees terminated or left in less than 12 months. Not even close to figuring it out. No accountability whatsoever, managers here do not teach, coach or mentor it’s just slash and burn while they sabotage deals. Run as far away as you can. Do not board the sinking ship.

      The toxic environment starts at the top and trickles its way down. I've never worked anywhere that I've seen so many people torn apart. Morale is low. There is an astonishing number of people that do not last even a year. I read the reviews before accepting the job. Even after asking about the reviews, I was assured they were not real. The CEO will berate you or someone you're working with in a public and private forum. It's demoralizing and I don't know why it's still happening after this long.
