      Great product and great people mostly except at CEO level

      Cons

      CEO is the single biggest reason why this company will fail. He’s a complete control freak and won’t allow anyone to do the jobs they’re hired for. He’s a bully demands every sales person has a quota each week for meetings booked, even if they don’t actually happen. This is really insane.

      The health benefits were functional

      Selling here was a miserable experience for me due to executive leadership. Some of the highlights: bizarre arguments, meaningless tasks, random late night mandatory meetings, and having to fight to get commission owed. I've never worked somewhere so uniquely awful. You might think "oh I've seen all these negative reviews here but how bad could it really be?" It's worse.

      No pros that I can think of.

      Cons

      If you're contemplating on accepting a job offer here... don't. There is no work/life balance, no opportunities for career advancement (unless someone quits and you have to fill in for them temporarily), and the pay is not worth it.
