I joined during COVID when everyone is WFH. The team is very talented, supportive, and welcoming. The company has a great vision and is on Forbe's AI 50 list.

Cons

Like any other fast-growing start-up there are long work hours and things move quickly.

Pros

Management team is supportive and transparent .There is a lot to work and learn here. There is a great sense of belongingness. The team members are passionate for their work and that creates a high energy environment for work . Above all the product that company has built and is enhancing has very good features and it is an enriching experience to work in such product.

Cons

Since everyone is so busy it is tough (not impossible) to get time to talk to your manager. We need to have more one -on -ones to have a clear direction . Another thing is we have a flat hierarchy here which sometimes cause bottlenecks for getting the work delivered.
