No cons really, but as anyone can understand in a new fast growing company you should put some extra effort from times to times, but nothing that is obligatory. It's always up to your ambitions and how much you want to proceed and learn new things.

If you get a job offer to work at Aisera, take it. After working here for more than 2 years I 'm still excited and have the same enthusiasm as I had on day #1. Aisera has incredible corporate culture and tone at the top. This is a rapidly evolving startup with great team spirit, which makes you feel to be part of the success!

Cons

I would not consider it as a con if you can keep up. It’s a very fast paced environment that needs you to be agile and focused.

Warm environment and welcoming coworkers, great opportunities to learn and explore more, good lunch :) and great snacks :) WFH flexibility, pay is good, in general this is a great place to work at

Cons

Work hours are a bit long and sometimes you have to work on weekend like any other startup
