      Benefits could be better. Can be fast paced at time for startup but rewarding.

      Pros

      Aisera has likely the best product in the conversational AI space. Many customers who compare Aisera against competitors routinely provide this feedback. In most of cases, customers usually ask for Roadmap or sales shows roadmap, but not the case here. Product is quite comprehensive and feature rich.

      Cons

      Company needs to revamp marketing to showcase the superiority of the product. There are many competitors out there who claim they have a similar solution. Proper marketing to show the differentiation is key.

      Honestly, very little. There are some talented and well-meaning individuals at the company, but they often get sidelined or burnt out by the toxic environment.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership, constant shifting of priorities, and a culture where honest feedback is not welcomed. The company reports inflated metrics like claiming 100% customer retention when actual retention is much lower, which erodes trust and credibility internally and externally. Morale is low, and the best people often end up leaving—or are forced out.
