Being a fast-paced startup, things can feel a bit 'startup-standard' in terms of organization at times. That said, the improvement lately has been remarkable. They are quickly implementing better structures, and the trajectory is clearly moving toward a highly professional and organized environment. The minor growing pains are a small price to pay for such high-level innovation.

Some of the managers in engineering barely care of the opinions of their own engineers and barely know them. Not all of them, but a great amount. Even though it is a company that has a lot of people that work remotely it has not managed to understand how remote work is actually done. There is a large knowledge gap due to people in different timezones.
