Pros
I hope you are a candidate interested or interviewing. Please read this carefully. Its a Fast Pace Environment here at Aisera, to which, I will say its not for everyone. I joined right when a lot of Leadership was being brought in and I can confidently say, that I have seen the changes. It's slow, it takes time, but it is happening here. The new CRO started right after me and did some restructuring and we lost some good people in the overlap, but most of them understood why things were happening (those that didn't, ended up on here anyways). Being in high growth tech is like that though, I've worked for a lot of companies like this where things move, they shake, things break, we fix them, it breaks again; its a essential piece of being on the bleeding edge of technology. The stakes are high, pressure is on. Everyone who works here moves the needle for better or worse; its a reality of the fact and an oversight to some. Its not easy being here, but most things worth working towards are not easy. (If you have a cozy job where you don't have to try, please stay there, you will not be happy here and only serve to dull our edge) There is an amazing opportunity for this company to make it to the top of this building generative AI wave and thats why I am here; I am surrounded by some of the sharpest talent I have ever had the pleasure of working alongside. Understanding purpose, let alone finding it in your chosen vocation is one of the most elusive questions any one of us can ask ourselves. I feel a purpose here, I am tied to the mission and technology; its inspiring, and I feel proud to say I work at the 2nd fastest growing startup in Silicone Valley when people ask. I know we aren't perfect, I know we have a lot to work on, but I can say honestly its worth it. Don't be scared of the reviews here, ask anyone in the interview process; you'll get the truth and make that decision for yourself like I did.
