      Pros

      Conversational AI is a growing market.

      Cons

      Start from the top and work you way down. There is poor executive leadership. Employees are treated with disrespect on a daily basis. Promises here are like pie crusts, meant to be broken. The product is average at best, in a very highly competitive marketplace. Benefits are also below par compared to many companies. They offer you a ton of shares to lure you in but it's a revolving door with employees as the attrition rate is incredibly high (I don't know the number exactly, but average time here is 6 months at best). Wish I would have reviewed Glassdoor prior to making the decision.

      40% Attrition - Loss of Great Talent - CRO and CEO Micromanage Employees Out

      Pros

      Aisera has a great product. Although it's a very competitive market the product is well established.

      Cons

      Attrition is a reflection of management. They have had excellent talent come and go (generally people bail within 6 months). CRO and CEO could care less and have very little respect for their employees. CRO treats everyone like second graders and CEO does not want to pay anyone (i.e - house accounts, changing comp percentages). No one has your back and if you are looking at a job -- just look at LinkedIn -- see the number of individuals that have come and gone.

      None. Absolutely zero. Nothing. Look elsewhere.

      Cons

      This is the most toxic, overbearing, demeaning leadership out there. If you're in product or engineering, be prepared for endless 12 hour days, perpetual "war room" Zoom meetings that people are expected to log into, and an abusive CEO. If you're in sales, get ready for that CEO to insult your clients, cut them off, talk over everyone, and bully through cycles until they A.) buy in a closed-call with the CEO which you won't get commission on, or B.) they cut bait and go find another vendor who actually respects everyone. Do not believe the 5-star reviews. They're coerced from new employees. The 1-stars are where it's at.
