      1. It is not a friendly place to work because of its CEO 2. If they hire you, they put a clause in a written contract (not Docusign) that you have to pay recruiting fee if you leave the company before your first year! 3. They usually give you the written contract at the first day of your work which you would see the clause. 4. They ask people to write good comments so most of the comments are fake. 5. Nothing is clear in this company, from technical to managing point of view

      Pros

      If there was one thing I was able to benefit from working here was learning how to manage though constant stress.

      Cons

      Place is a total clown show. Management has zero accountability when things don't go well, and has no problem throwing other employees under the bus. No one is set up to succeed and you are constantly having to defend yourself. As most employees/teams love to point fingers at one another. Work life balance also sucks unless you like working 10-12 hour days. No one recognizes your hard work either so don't even ask for raise - it wont happen.

      Pros

      They pay commissions well, some of the leadership is great and actually wants whats best for you. Enablement rocks. Payout on deals is a lot.

      Cons

      Leadership is so horrible its actually funny. Turnover was atrocious due to the CEO having no faith in anybody in the organization. Be prepared to get told that your kids or family don't matter by Muddu. If you want to hear a funny story, linkedIn message anyone that's worked there in the past year to see what the worst thing the CEO has told them straight to their face. I'd rather work in sanitation then have to work here again. If you want to move up in a company don't work here. Leadership is also extremely racist towards non indian workers.
