Pros

If you like bragging to your friends about how you eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner at your desk, have impromptu meetings at 11 at night, and get paid next to nothing for it, then I guess you can consider it a pro. Some of the people are kind and genuinely interested in helping each other and the company succeed, however that mentality is quickly snuffed out by the long hours, random BS projects that never go anywhere, unreasonable demands, and constant belittling from the CEO.

Cons

Nearly too many to list. - Poor management (especially from most of the exec team). - The CEO. - Pay is low and completely up to the discretion of the CEO, which in and of itself is a joke. - No real career opportunities. - You are on call 24/7/365. If it wasn't illegal, there would be no holidays at this company. Vacation? Forget it. - High employee turnover. The good ones leave. A real "market for lemons" situation. - All the 5 star reviews you read are a lie. Or the reviewer is forced to write a positive review or benefiting from it in some way. - You know the above point is true since someone from the company periodically comments that the 1 star reviews on Glassdoor are all lies. - The CEO (yes, I know I said it twice). - Limited resources is a generous statement. No resources is closer to the truth. - No sense of company culture aside from "do whatever the CEO says". - Other than these, GREAT place to work (sarcasm, duh).

Pros

Aisera has likely the best product in the conversational AI space. Many customers who compare Aisera against competitors routinely provide this feedback. In most of cases, customers usually ask for Roadmap or sales shows roadmap, but not the case here. Product is quite comprehensive and feature rich.

Cons

Company needs to revamp marketing to showcase the superiority of the product. There are many competitors out there who claim they have a similar solution. Proper marketing to show the differentiation is key.

many customers, many different problems to solve technology stack is legit the industry of chatbots go well

Cons

teams and projects have no leaders who are part of the team leaders behave like army generals who demand things asap without ever explaining the reason for being more involved release cycles are done with the most unorganized way anyone has seen in the history of universe causing constantly problems Most of the leaders, if not all, have misbehaved at least once publicly in the office or in calls and no one has ever said anything Bunch of directors with AI in their title have literally <5 years of experience or they have less technical knowledge in the domain than a graduate student
