There is not room for growth and movement within the company and the pay is not competitive .

Everyone works remote, make your own schedule

Cons

One side of the business is favored (Software) over the other (TBU), reason why software always out performs TBU. No pay raises, no room for professional growth, company doesn't invest in employees, 401k is minimal. Leadership isn't real leadership, no future strategic plan for growth, no marketing to support the sales team.

Pros

Work from home. Financially rewarded based on performance. Company is very sensitive to personal situations and allows job and hours flexibility where needed. Matching 401K plan. I have been in the industry for 40+ years and this company was the best I ever worked for.

Cons

Difficulty using intercompany technology (i.e time entry, out of date customer connection info)
