- Aktion provides a detailed outline of the tasks and goals that are expected to be met throughout the graduate program. - They display an innovative way to train new college graduates to become a successful software consultant. - Various managers check in weekly to address progress points and any concerns that may arise. - Aktion allows for a flexible work environment that values accountability and integrity. - I have felt extremely welcomed and comfortable collaborating with the team that I have been assigned to. I look forward to many more years!

Cons

Considering that employees are located all around the U.S. it can be challenging sometimes to attend in-person company wide events.

Select Customers were great to work with. Specific co-workers were great to work with as well.

Cons

Poor work quality from co-workers. Billing was more of a priority than quality or actually producing a good outcome for the customer. Not team oriented.

Since much of the work can be completed remotely, there is a fair amount of flexibility and autonomy. Good customers and coworkers.

Cons

Emphasis on billable hours means it can be difficult to find a good work life balance. Also leaves little room for much needed education.
