Pros

Lots of talented people always willing to go out of their way to help a colleague. Get to work from home. Management truly seems interested in keeping employees happy while providing top-notch service to customers.

Cons

No regular raises, and base pay could be better, but benefits are competitive and bonus programs are pretty good. More formal training opportunities would be nice. It's hard to find the time to figure things out on your own.
