Broad experienced team, covering multiple ERP platforms. New challenges to solve everyday across multiple industries. Very capable remote workforce, no unnecessary babysitting. Extensive benefits including provided and optional benefits.

Cons

Would like to see additional training roadmaps and collaborative consultant workshops.

Pros

Aktion Associates cares and values its employees. I feel that employees respect and care about each other. Aktion is willing to train employees and develop skills. All employees are given the tools to succeed.

Cons

Employees are spread across the US and we lose that personal contact, especially this past year when we have reduced our travel due to safety precautions.

*Management trust employees with autonomy on projects. *Management is there when needed to assist with needed resources and hear ideas and solutions. *Time is alloted to allow time off when needed. *Great benefits that the company is generous with when earned! *Management is transparent on what to expect and other information. *Company makes it a great work environment creating an entrepeneuer spirit with most employees.

Cons

There is nothing major to really complain about. I am happy and feel blessed to be working here.
