Pros

They are very flexible with your hours. Starting and Early day no problem. Onboarding HR team did a great job. Potential for good bonus. No Micromanaging. Company does a great job of keeping employees updated with monthly newsletters.

Cons

Insurance Benefits not the best - not horrible but could do better. Self learning of applications via badly produced videos.

Pros

Since much of the work can be completed remotely, there is a fair amount of flexibility and autonomy. Good customers and coworkers.

Cons

Emphasis on billable hours means it can be difficult to find a good work life balance. Also leaves little room for much needed education.

Pros

Aktion promotes an entrepreneurial-style work environment where you're given the freedom to take initiative. If you're someone who prefers starting work early, you can do so. Similarly, if you're eager to take on additional projects, you’re compensated accordingly. There is no micromanagement here—you’re in control of your own workload. Additionally, Aktion offers the flexibility to work remotely or telecommute, which is a great perk. While many companies are downsizing, Aktion has been actively expanding, providing a sense of job security and growth.

Cons

If you thrive in an environment where you require close supervision or frequent guidance, Aktion may not be the best fit for you. As a fully remote company for many employees, those who prefer a traditional office setting might find this environment challenging. At times, management can be quite busy, but I've always found my colleagues to be supportive and willing to offer help when needed.
