Constantly growing company that cares about their clients. Many talented people who know the Accounting and ERP business domains very well. Talented technical employees. Great place to work when it was smaller and friendlier. Some employees stay for decades.
Cons
Most growth is achieved by purchasing other companies, often causing disruption and chaotic restructuring. Comparably lower salaries. Lack of modern software development process knowledge, without real willingness to change decades-old practices. Lack of respect for those with differing opinions.
