Pros

The people we work with are all super helpful and kind, I haven't met a Tech that was mean, Everyone here works so well together. My last job I dreaded coming to work but now I get to meet and help new people every day. There is never a shortage of hours, if you want to work extra shifts for overtime this is the place, the managers make sure you have the training you need for the job and then they help you along the way when you need it.

Cons

Short staffing means they will probably call once a week to offer you overtime.

The benefits are good, and the pay is very competitive

Cons

Some micro managing, some shifts can be high stress and the sites that are this way often refuse to fix issues that would make the work easier and more enjoyable
