Great earning potential, but unstable environment with no support

Pros

Great opportunity to earn with uncapped commissions and accelerators.

Cons

With Akumin being a start-up, the environment is very shaky with zero support. You will earn every penny of your commission and still feel robbed. Benefits are nearly nonexistent. You can likely find a cheaper health-plan about anywhere else. 1% stock match? Why bother?

None literally none. This is by far the worst company I've ever worked for.

Cons

New CTO has no strategy. Completely jekyl Hyde. Never hear from leaders unless something is wrong. Non existent strategy. Bad culture. Angry people.
