Pros

Sadly nothing I can think of.

Cons

Far drives to sites. Having to work at dozens of locations either no training. No breaks. Mandatory overtime. Working many hours after your shift ended. Management will throw you under the bus. Pushed to do unsafe exams. Old equipment. Never cleaned or serviced. Doesn’t fix anything. No communication. Moved work locations daily. Working alone. Cheap company. Will lie and play favorites.

Decent pay poor systems and leaders

Pay can be good depending on territory and mostly all remote

Cons

micromanagement must use app to check in with tracker everyday Systems don’t speak to each other scheduling bad and lots of employee turnover especially in the last year or two

Pros

People are really nice and want to do a good job.

Cons

Leadership is constantly changing, pay structure has changed three times since my date of employment, leadership (even direct mgmt) is distant. We are offered few tools be competitive in this market. It’s hard to stay engaged.
