Good hours for school after work, not many weekends.

Cons

Management does not really solve issues. No advancement. No raises. Will have you work at multiple offices whether you want to or not.

I can say autonomy was one pro, but now leadership is constantly nagging for daily numbers and stating the obvious every single day. So never mind the autonomy. There are no pros anymore, the company it was, Alliance, is LONG GONE.

Cons

Every senior leader. Pay could be better with an updated market analysis, but they are too busy counting scans to care. They push employees for more and better, but we are working on 20 year old end of life equipment.

The pay is is good, and it’s fully remote.

Cons

Benefits are terrible Huge turnover No standardization or processes. If you love constant chaos and working very long hours, you will thrive here.
