Relationship building stepping stone for medical sales

Cons

-Understaffed - no clinic has full time techs or availability -Radiologists aren't incentivized to read in timely manner -Management doesn't care- trickle down effect -No commission for sales which is unheard of. Expect to make less YOY -Constant smoke and mirrors "promises" from corporate but no actual change -Mass layoffs of good employees and anyone smart left -No room for advancement or growth in career -Awful and expensive benefits
