Horrible.

Pros

Always something to do, hardly ever bored.

Cons

Upper management seems reluctant to give stores support to perform essential store functions. Pointless and frequent conference calls disrupt store functions. Training programs inadequate. Outside sales reps do not facilitate good working relationships with store staff. You will be short staffed and constantly criticized by upper management because you cannot get the simplest things done. Seems that upper management stack the deck against you...setting you up to fail customer expectations.

Pros

Good management in place; they have a plan and are focusing on the customer again. Reps are given autonomy to run their territories.

Cons

Still going through some restructuring, so job security may not be what you'd like. Pay stagnated for a while while restructuring has taken place.
