Pros

Store Discount, Fun college student lower level employees

Cons

Management treats you like children, no relationship between management and hourly workers. The current owner is very full of himself and only interacts with hourly employees if he needs to, and never in a nice way.

Pros

Management is super awesome when it comes to working with your school schedule, it's easy to request time off, and you have lots of friendly coworkers

Cons

Management plays favorites when offering opportunities for advancement, and you're expected to work most Saturdays and all holidays (except Christmas Day)

Pros

Most of the employees are experts in their departments and are very knowledgeable. I love my co-workers and have fun working

Cons

There is a huge disconnect from the in-store employees and the product purchasers. I often spend most of my day dealing with overstocked products and back-stocking.
